Sophie Jacob- Melhuish

Based in North Essex and London, I work across TV, commercial and talent-led production, with a background in theatre shaping my creative and collaborative approach. Over the past six years I’ve worked across production and talent as an AD and within production teams delivering talent-led projects from contracting through to completion acting as a key point of coordination between talent, clients and partners.

My experience spans live TV, commercials, stills, stage, events as well as short-form content. Most recently I’ve led talent-led brand partnerships across campaigns and appearances managing contracts, travel, schedules and finance processes while supporting multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

I’m confident working with high-profile talent, children and international teams including managing talent on the ground for global projects. Known for a calm, can-do attitude and clear communication, I thrive under pressure taking pride in delivering work that is seamless and enjoyable to be a part of. I also make a fab cup of tea.
