Toby Lucas

I’m a production coordinator with over 10 years experience, working on numerous high-end TV commercials. I’ve worked on productions with celebrities such as David Beckham, Thierry Henry, Anthony Joshua, Jose Mourinho and Kristin Scott Thomas.

During a production I’ll assist the Producer in finding locations, organising recces, pencilling and booking crew. I work with casting agencies to find cast and supporting artists that match the job brief. If the job involves international or local travel, I’ll book the relevant flights, transport and hotels for cast, crew and the client. I’ll create the call sheets, assist with the risk assessment, and book lighting and camera equipment. During pre-production I’ll act on the ever-changing nature of production, continuing onto the shoot with supporting the Producer with client, location and any other demands than need addressing.

On shoots I’m often working with some of the top 1st AD’s in the industry, such as Jo Carter, Marc Wilson, Jez Oakley and Julian Richards. In production I’ve worked with leading production companies and agencies such as; 76 Ltd, Oliver, Hogarth, Saatchi & Saatchi, Nike, Dyson and Dark Energy.
